    How much space do I get for my website ?

You get 50MB of webspace for your site - this is more than enough for most websites. Please contact us if you need to upgrade this.

    How long does it take to setup an account ?

Account setup is typically under 5 minutes. We will e-mail you when your account is ready for use.

    Do I get a database ?

Yes - you get 1 mysql database, which you create in the control panel. If you require more than 1 database please contact us.

    Do you allow FTP access ?

Yes - Simply login using ftp://admin.my3website.com with your username and password.

    Can I install a forum on my site ?

Yes ! - you can use 100's of forums available for download. We even make it really easy by using "installatron" so you have 1 click installs of many common scripts.

    Can I have my own domain ?

Yes - simply register your domain with a company of your choice (please ensure they allow you to change the nameservers) we recomend using 123reg or namecheap. After registering your domain name you will need to add it to the control panel either as a domain, or a domain pointer (points to your current domain). You will also need to change the nameservers on your domain to ns1.webserco.com and ns2.webserco.com Please note - if you change your domain name in the admin panel you must make sure that the domain points to our servers (either using nameservers, or dns).

    Do you run php / mysql ?

Yes - We run php version 4.4.2, and mysql version 4.1.11

    Can you design my website for me ?

No - we do not design websites.

    Can I use frontpage extensions ?

You will need to login to your control panel and enable frontpage extensions before you can use frontpage to connect to your website.

    What nameservers do I use for my own domain ?

ns1: ns1.webserco.com
ns2: ns2.webserco.com

    Do you support asp / asp.net websites ?

No. All our servers run linux, therefore support PHP rather than ASP.
