| Tonight we will be installing some minor upgrades including upgrading antivirus for e-mails, adding more advanced rules to the spam checker and updating other general security. There should be no more than around 5 minutes downtime for these updates. |

| All accounts are restored, email is now configured correctly, and a small dns problem has been rectified. If your account is not working as normal please contact us in the normal way. |

| We have finished restoring all users accounts, so websites and ftp should be back to normal now. We are investgating a problem with users not being able to send e-mail, although collecting e-mail from the server is now working. |

| We have hit some problems with restoring from the user backups. We are now going about it a different way which should solve the problem. We aim to have most users back online in the next few hours, although if there are further problems this could be delayed. |

| Due to the method the attacker has used to deface websites we are having to restore from a combination of two backups, this could cause a few problems for users who have updated their website on the 28th Dec, and these users will need to contact us seperatly.
We also are not restoring users we believe to either be linked to the attacks, or have things in their website that breaches our terms and conditions. We will post another update once we have got the user restores underway and we start seeing people using websites again. |

Last night we had an attack on our systems, and the security was breached on one of our hosting servers. Users on this server will be unable to access their websites, email and ftp. We have taken a backup of what we could get access to, and have now started wiping the server, and reinstalling the software.
Once we have reinstalled all the software we will be restoring user accounts, and will update this page once the process is complete. |

| The earlier problem of webpages not loading has now been resolved. We will be taking this server offline for around 5 minutes later tonight for testing. |

| We are aware of problems with one of our servers causing webpages not to load. We are looking into this as a priority.
UPDATE: We are working to restore the problem with webpages not loading, and hope to have a fix in place by 20:00 GMT |

| Crackdown on spamers |

| We have had several users over the last few weeks signup for account to use for spamming - this is against our terms and conditions. If you are found to be sending mass e-mail your account will be deleted and you will be blocked from opening accounts with us in the future. We now have very strict limits on sending mail - so if you need to genuinly send more than 10-15 e-mails in a day you will need to contact us to have the limit raised on your account. |
